Must allow location services. Setup is not very intuitive. Needs better interface. Great once it is setup properly. Nice to have access without lugging around the whole coupon book.

This is probably one of the worst apps I have ever used, bought the “coupon Book” to support my god daughter, and chose to go the app , bad wish I would have gotten the paper copy, totally useless

Complicated to install, poorly laid out and hard to use readily. Buy the paper book not the app.

App is not working, I paid over $20 for access and it will not load. No way to contact to get help!

I purchased the app for the first time this year and it is unlikely that I will ever purchase the app again. The app is poorly designed and it can be very difficult to find what you are looking for. On more then one occasion the app would not load and I was unable to redeem the coupon. I find it extremely irritating that once a coupon is used the coupon stays in the system, so it is difficult to see what has been used. Coupons that have been redeemed should disappear from the app or turn a different colour once used. If changes arent made to the app, Ill return to buying the hard copy book instead.

Unable to login to the app even though I registered on the website app says that there are no products with my registered name. When I log into the website it is clear that I have registered my SUTP book. Waste of time

Ive tried redeeming coupon codes for grocery stores and it always gets stuck retrieving code. I tried retriving the coupon code when I entered the grocery store. 30 minutes later its still retrieving. That coupon is now expired. THANKS SUTP!

Doesnt open with new update. Keeps crashing. Useless now. Update much needed!!!

Takes forever to load, Crashes, doesnt give coupon code sometimes. This app really needs to be remade by people who know what they are doing

Worst app Ive ever used! Havent been able once to use a coupon luckily the 3 stores Ive redeemed at honoured it when they saw me hopelessly try to get the app to work. Cant believe it hasnt been fixed yet.

What a waste of money. This app is garbage, dont throw your money away...buy the book.

I was disappointed to see that not all the coupons from the book are part of the app. One was even marked expired even though the date is until next August. I had heard these things but hoped they had improved. Get the book instead.

I have not been able to login since installing and using the first coupon. I have not been able to get onto the site to contact anyone either. I know multiple people that have had this issue and have never written a review before, but to spend so much money and have it not work is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!

Buy the book! This app is pure garbage. Dont bother savings things to "my wallet" cause they disappear. App crashes. Some stores dont even know how to redeem them. I keep thinking the app will improve but it never does.

I paid to buy this app and get coupons. I cannot use any of them and just freezes and crashes every time I try to use it. If your going to offer the option to buy the app instead of the book at least make sure it works before you offer it. I am so disappointed! I expected a lot more from this app. $20 for absolutely nothing.

App constantly crashes - havent been able to redeem anything yet as it is so unreliable. Wish I bought the book instead :( What a joke.

If I would have known how useless this app is, I would have got the book. Seems like it freezes, but really it is just glacially slow. Now I feel ripped off I paid $20 for the activation and I dont want it.

Please fix this app. I dont know how in good conscience you could even sell this product. It was glitchy last year but eventually seemed to smooth out. I had high hopes this year but its even worse. Missing out in deals because the app crashes, freezes etc. decided to print some coupons from the web instead but it doesnt bring them all up. RIP OFF!!

If I could give this no stars I would. It doesnt even work. You cant access the coupons at all, it just freezes every time. Why would you even have an app for people to buy if it doesnt even work? This is a total rip off! How do you sleep at night? Ive contacted SUTP, and heard nothing back, how helpful! Dont waste your money on this, its garbage! Buy the book, at least you can turn the pages and use the coupons youve paid for. You should not be able to sell the app if it doesnt work!! Horrible!!
